Return Process

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a furniture pickup for larger home decor pieces.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
