Most furniture and large home decor items are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the piece.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Milagros ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.

What is your return policy for home textiles and decor?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used bedding and custom-made window treatments are final sale.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

At Milagros, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, organic cotton, and recycled materials to ensure your home is as eco-friendly as it is beautiful.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a free replacement.
